At Action for Children we're always looking for experienced, social work-qualified Independent Form F Assessors in locations across England and Scotland. For your application to be successful you must have the ability to work to deadlines and possess clear report writing skills. Assessors are expected to work to complete Form Fs to a high standard, and be available to attend our fostering panel. You must also have at least three years experience in Form F writing. If you join us you will be working with a professional and friendly fostering team that is local to you, and you will have a named practitioner to support you during each assessment. In addition you will have access to training, and a fixed fee or a pro-rata payment as agreed by your supervisor for cancelled assessments.
