The Snowdon Challenge

Nina Ping 30 July

Reach the highest point in Wales on our Snowdon Challenge, Saturday 9 October

We're currently looking for individuals, families and groups to sign up and join us on our challenge to reach the top of Snowdon. Reaching the top of the highest mountain in Wales is no mean feat and the feeling you will get on reaching the summit is second to none!

'I got a lot out of it, just by achieving my goal to climb a mountain. Reaching the top felt like a miracle! The views are spectacular and it's worth doing just for that.' Gemma Rees, Community Worker.

Last year's trek up Snowdon was a great success. Previous participants Carol McKinley and Rebecca Short, have this to say to anyone wanting to give it a go:

'It's a great challenge and gives you a fantastic sense of achievement. The Welsh fundraising team are really excellent and you'll find the experience good fun socially. It also offers great sightseeing which you'll never forget.’

‘When you do things for a good cause, it really inspires you to keep going. I'd love to do the Trek again’.

To take part in our Snowdon Challenge there’s a £25 registration fee (to cover costs), and you’ll receive a fundraising pack and 'Dare to make a difference' t-shirt. The minimum fundraising amount is only £100, which most participants find really easy to achieve.

You can do it!
