We can provide information, support and intermediary services if you are an adopted adult or the birth relative of an adopted adult whose adoption was arranged through Action for Children (previously National Children’s Home or NCH).

If you or one of your birth relatives was adopted through Action for Children, you can request information and support.
Contact us about our post-adoption services if:
- you are an adopted adult and would like access to your adoption records, help with searching for a birth relative or any other adoption support service
- you are a birth relative of someone adopted through Action for Children and you would like to speak to an adoption support worker in confidence

We will try to arrange an interview for you within six weeks of receiving your completed form.
If you are living overseas, we will ask you to contact an adoption counsellor near to you. We will send relevant materials to that person and work with them to ensure that you receive the services you need.
