Working in small groups, teachers and specialist support staff teach the national curriculum and an enriched arts curriculum, including lessons in GCSE Arts and Pottery and Certificate of Competency in Music.

The enriched arts curriculum includes:
- school drama and music performances
- visits to galleries, theatre and studios
- participation in National Gallery art projects
- annual arts and crafts week
- visiting artists and musicians
- individual arts tuition
Extra curricular activities
Pupils benefit from a wide range of extra-curricular activities. Supervised by teachers, care staff and off-site specialist teams, each boy is encouraged to develop any areas of interest, including:
- cinema visits
- water parks
- skateboard parks
- places of interest
- horse riding and leisure centres
- adventure holidays
The farm is an integral part of the community and the farm team work closely with the education and household teams to offer young people chances to get in involved with its day-to-day running.
