There are three ways
to remember Action for Children in your will:
- A residuary legacy is the remainder, or a proportion of the
remainder, of your estate once family members have been provided
for and any other charitable gifts have been made. This type of
gift keeps pace with inflation.
- A pecuniary legacy is a specific cash gift.
- A specific legacy is a particular item or items, such as
jewellery, a painting, stocks and shares or a house.
