How to leave a legacy

There are three ways to remember Action for Children in your will:

• A residuary legacy is the remainder, or a proportion of the remainder, of your estate once family members have been provided for and any other charitable gifts have been made. This type of gift keeps pace with inflation.
• A pecuniary legacy is a specific cash gift.
• A specific legacy is a particular item or items, such as jewellery, a painting, stocks and shares or a house.

Brochure, codicil, wording and pledge form

• Find out how a gift in your will could change everything for a vulnerable child.
• If you have already left a gift to us in your will, or plan to do so in the near future, please complete our printable legacy pledge form.
• Amend an existing will to include a gift to Action for Children by completing a codicil form.
• Legal wording you need to make your gift unforgettable.
