Michael Smiley
Formally a house music DJ, Smiley's humour is derived from club culture
which he observes, dissects and belittles. His Belfast upbringing plays a strong part in his routine.
As a stand up comedian, Smiley's talents are now well established both in the UK and abroad. His TV acting credits are numerous including Wire In The Blood, Bleak House and Burnside but he is probably most famous for his role as Tyres in the cult comedy Spaced in which he appeared alongside Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Jessica Hynes. His film credits include Much Ado About Nothing, The Other Boleyn Girl and even a cameo as a zombie in Shaun of the Dead.
One of Ireland's top comedians, McAleer's comedy persona is a highly eccentric individual who gets the wrong end of every stick! Originally from Tyrone, this master of dry wit has a very unique and amusing way of looking at the world that is sure to have you in stitches all night long. He has appeared on the Late Late Show numerous times.
Born in Belfast, Murphy is best known for his television work hosting and co-writing The Blizzard of Odd, The Unbelievable Truth and as resident panellist on The Panel for RTE and The Blame Game for BBC Northern Ireland. He has also acted in the film Divorcing Jack. He tours mainly in Ireland and is well know for hosting the comedy show in The Empire Bar, Belfast. He occasionally appears at other venues in the UK and has performed at Harp Laughs on Tour, Edinburgh Fringe, Kilkenny Cat Laughs, Melbourne Comedy Festival and Just for Laughs.
Tim McGarry
McGarry is best known for playing Da in the hugely popular Give My Head Peace TV comedy show. With a career that spans radio, television and stand-up, McGarry has won Royal Television Society and Sony awards as part of the Hole In The Wall Gang.
