Are you ready for the Sole Destroyer? It's a 4 by 4 course but you do it on foot! You will encounter a 30m muddy pool, a lake wade, ups and downs and obstacles in this off road run. It's a challenge! You'll get (very) muddy but have the satisfaction of knowing that your sponsorship money will be helping to change children's lives. Go on you can do it!
- 10km or 5km off road course
