Record numbers sought for sleep out to help young homeless Scots

Business and IT professionals in Scotland are being invited to spend a night under the stars to help make lives better for homeless young people.

They will be taking part in Byte Night 2010, the annual sleep out event organised by the leading charity Action for Children to raise money and increase awareness of the plight of young homeless Scots.

A host of celebrities including Toby Anstis, Dakota Blue Richards, and Karen Millen attended Action for Children’s Celebrity Journeys artwork exhibition, hosted by BBC Journalist, Martha Kearney last night (Thursday, 24th June) in Mayfair Central London to help raise awareness of the difficult and complex journeys that vulnerable and neglected children in the UK face every day.
