A campaign led by Action for Children has been
successful in getting changes in legislation in Scotland which will
improve the operation of the Children's Hearings
System.
A
series of amendments to the Children's Hearings (Scotland)
Bill were drawn up by Action for Children and endorsed by
Scotland's other main children's charities - Aberlour, Barnardo's,
Children 1st and Quarriers.
