Women from across Fermanagh and beyond enjoyed a night of glamorous Christmas bingo recently on Wednesday 30th November 2011 to raise money for children’s charity Action for Children.

Action for Children is inviting Wymondham residents to shed those excess Christmas pounds and start 2012 as they mean to go on by entering the Wymondham New Year’s Day 10k Run to raise money for some of theUK’s most vulnerable, children and families.

Local three-time Olympian star Jo Pavey will be swapping her trainers for the train this Thursday evening (8 December) as part of a festive charity event to help vulnerable children.

The KM FM network dedicated a whole day to fundraising for Action for Children and raised £12,340.
