Spring Meadow Children's Centre

Get your child's early years off to a flying start with a range of services and activities for families with children under the age of 5.

At the centre you'll find everything you need for your child's development, from stay-and-play to baby massage groups.

From new mums' groups to effective parenting courses, we'll support you at every stage.

It's not just for mums either - our Saturday morning dads' club gives men a chance to bond with their children and get involved too.

We'll also help you develop your own potential with links to training opportunities and employment opportunities for parents looking to get back into work.

We work with other agencies to provide the services you need, including assistance for children with special needs.
