  • The 'Kilbrandon Now' Inquiry in 2003 was organised by Action for Children Scotland, and made a number of recommendations regarding the future of the Children's Hearings System. The original inquiry panel, chaired by Richard Holloway, agreed to reconvene in November 2009 to consider the changes proposed in the draft Children's Hearing Bill. The attached report outlines the key conclusions and recommendations from the 2009 inquiry, including their interface with those of the original inquiry report.
