More information
Action for Children is working in partnership with Chance UK to provide specific and targeted solution focused mentoring for children aged 5 to 11 years old.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join this new programme, and take part in the award winning training which will prepare them for the role.
All mentors are required to be over the age of 18
This time commitment would be for a fixed one year period and we are looking for volunteers from all walks of life.
Volunteers would be able to meet with a young person for a couple of hours a week, using the 'solution focused' approach to help them to overcome behavioural problems that they might have.
