A 4-week programme, providing for 18–24-year-olds with a Provisional Driving Licence and a package of driving lessons.
The programme aims to get them though their test and open up their employment options.
The programme also covers:

- Cost of motoring
- Insurance
- Car maintenance
- Various employability and personal development sessions
