Providing support for young people in a caring role across Northern Ireland
The Young Adult Carers Service operates across the 5 Northern Ireland Trust Areas. The service is available for any young person aged 18-25 in a caring role.
We will be delivering services in a range of roles, including one-to-ones, group work, information sessions and much more, all of which will be planned and organised following consultation with the young adult carers themselves.
We accept referrals from family members, social workers, health professionals, teachers, tutors, voluntary sector professionals and young adult carers themselves.
