Paul Bulpin

Paul retired in 2011 after a 25-year career with Amersham International which became part of GE Healthcare following acquisition in 2004. A scientist by training, Paul has a PhD in Biochemistry from Cambridge University.

During his time with Amersham International, he held a range of senior positions in R&D, Operations, Acquisitions and IT. He now works part-time as an Independent IT Consultant specialising in Acquisition Integration on an international basis.

Paul has been involved in Rotary for over 20 years and managed project grants across South Wales on behalf of the Rotary Foundation (Rotary’s charity). He has also been a community governor at Whitchurch High in Cardiff, the largest comprehensive school in Wales for over 12 years. Paul joined Action for Children Wales Committee as a co-opted member in 2014.
