Navin Kaul

Navin is a qualified chartered accountant and a Partner at EY.

He started his career in audit, moved into Corporate Finance in 1995 and has focussed on growing EY’S Consulting business since 2020.

He has extensive experience of advising corporates and private equity clients on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and fund raisings and is the Global Acquisitions Leader for EY’s Consulting practice across EMEIA.

He was former co-optee of Action for Children Audit & Risk Committee and joined Action for Children Developments Board as a Non-Executive Director in May 2020. He was appointed a Trustee of Action for Children in February 2024.

Navin is married and has two children. Besides spending time with his family, his other interests include golf and photography.
