Want to make a difference? Help children and young people by fundraising in your local community or online
There are lots of ways you can raise funds for children and young people - all on your own time. From coffee mornings to pamper sessions or football matches, just choose what works for you. We’ve got some ideas below to get you started.

Hold a quiz night in person or online and ask people to pay a small entry fee. Write some general knowledge questions or base them around a theme, like movies. Ask people to pay a small entry fee. You could also run a raffle to raise extra funds.
Set yourself a fitness challenge and start a fundraising page. You can tailor your challenge to your fitness level. Or challenge your friends and make it a group effort!

Have a go at livestreaming for Action for Children. You can show off almost anything that you think will be interesting for your audience. What about gaming, or online tutorials such as yoga, knitting, baking, or juggling?

Whether it be online or in person, pamper parties are the perfect way to raise money for a good cause. Conjure up some cocktails, don face masks and raid your make up kit for a relaxing time.
Set up a group with friends and family to knit, crochet or paint your way to raising money. You can have a great time crafting with friends and then sell your creations to help give more children a safe and happy childhood.
Host an online dance party by inviting your friends to help create the playlist. Singing and dancing together will create a huge mood boost. Encourage friends to donate what you might have spent on a night out.
Gather your workmates together for a five-a-side football tournament. Charge entry fees for teams. Think about selling soft drinks and snacks as a way to raise extra money.
