Action for Children’s Choices Family Support Service works with young people aged 10-17 years who are experiencing wellbeing challenges.
Choices Family Support Service helps young people aged 10-17 with mental health and emotional wellbeing issues, such as anxiety and low mood.
The service operates a family support model and so also works closely with parents and caregivers. Their work is carried out on an outreach basis - in the family home, in school or in another venue. We know every family is different, and we tailor our approach to each one.
Choices operates across the Northern Trust area.
