Services we offer

  • Residential short breaks services - these are delivered from our two registered homes, The Pines based in Hertford and West Hyde in Rickmansworth.
  • Hertfordshire home care - domiciliary care which includes support for families in the child’s own home across Hertfordshire.
  • Activity based short breaks - a range of opportunities are available in the school holidays across Hertfordshire.

Our staff

Our staff are experienced, trained and well supported and work across the range of short break services we offer, providing continuity and high quality support.

They are there to help children and young people have fun, learn new things and make new friends whilst providing high quality care and support.

Our residential short break and home care services are referral based through the local social work team but the activity based short break services come under the Short Breaks Local Offer and if you meet local eligibility criteria 40 hours of support per annum can be accessed without social work referral.
