This 6-week programme focuses on increasing confidence and reducing anxiety while improving the wellbeing of young people for employment or further training

How it works

Across the six week course, attendees will develop the skills needed to become more independent.

The programme will develop and/or improve various skills and qualities that are applicable to a range of industries. These include self-confidence, anxiety, motivation, goal setting, time management, health and fitness, shopping, cooking, and more.

Some of the sessions include:

  • Outings
  • First Aid
  • Budgeting
  • Team Building
  • Travel Challenge
  • Mental Wellbeing
  • Drugs & Alcohol Workshop
  • Household Utilities/ Taxes/Bills

All participants will be allocated a key worker who will support them throughout the programme and for up to 6 months after the programme’s end, depending on the individual's needs.
