Our Secret Santa advert is on TV
This winter, our Secret Santa TV advert is back, asking for your support to help make Christmas magical for vulnerable children.
Narrated by Larry Lamb, the advert features three of our campaign's characters - Nathan, Lucy and Tripti, who represent the 4 million children across the UK living in poverty.
Larry shares their individual stories as they come to life through Christmas cards displayed on a festive mantlepiece.
Larry explains how supporters can become Secret Santas by donating to the appeal, which helps us to transform the lives of vulnerable children like Nathan, Lucy and Tripti.
To show this, the dark and dreary scenes in the Christmas cards turn bright and magical.
There's presents under the tree, food on the table, and a safe and warm place to sleep.
At Action for Children, we have over 2,000 frontline workers supporting children every day.
We’ve seen children without a bed sleeping on the floor with just blankets.Families phoning us crying because they have no money to feed their children. It’s relentless.
And it doesn’t stop because it’s Christmas.
