We are a small short break service based in Shropshire, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
It offers timebound early intervention support to families, which is target driven and focuses on positive outcomes. The service supports families with transition into other services; during periods of parental illness, or when additional support is required to establish practical routines within the family home or local community.
Referrals into the service are received from Shropshire’s Disabled Children Team.
