We have the following parenting programmes available for parents/carers living in Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Dorset:
The Incredible Years
- Pre-school group programme for parents of children aged 3-6 years (15 weeks)
- School Age group programme for parents of children aged 6-11 years (12 weeks)
- Group programme for parents of children aged 6 to 11 with a diagnosis of ADHD (14 weeks)
Our service is here to help you become more confident in dealing with your child's behaviour. We aim to build on the strategies you have and give you new ideas and skills to build a strong positive relationship with your child. You'll learn how to enjoy playing and spending time with your child and how to encourage them to learn new skills and have positive interactions with others. You will also be shown how to handle misbehaviour.
