How to refer
Our referral process consists of three stages that ensure we facilitate a positive experiencing and matching process. Our priority is providing a home for young people who can best benefit from what we offer here.
Stage 1
The referral information is gathered and assessed by the admissions panel to decide if the young person’s needs can potentially be met.
Stage 2
Further information is collected through visits and feedback from residential and school teams before the panel reviews suitability again.
Stage 3
The young person and family attend a visit, and a final decision is made about progressing to an overnight stay.
