Disability Short Breaks service for children aged 7-18 years.
Developed in partnership between Action for Children and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Park House is a three-bedroom bungalow offering children and teenagers with disabilities short-term, planned residential breaks
Our project is designed to meet the needs of children and young people aged between 7 and 18 with physical and learning disabilities. Park House is easily accessible to wheelchair users.
Park House is a new, purpose-built property in the heart of Port Talbot community. It is situated close to local amenities such as parks, shopping centres and beaches. The premises has three single bedrooms, all en-suite. There is a kitchen, dining room, sensory room and television lounge as well as a large garden which includes an enclosed area for safe play.

Wedi’i ddatblygu mewn partneriaeth â Gweithredu dros Blant-Action for Children a Chyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Castell-nedd Port Talbot, mae Park House yn fyngalo tair ystafell wely sy’n cynnig seibiannau preswyl tymor byr wedi’u cynllunio i blant a rhai yn eu harddegau ag anabledd.
Mae ein prosiect wedi’i greu i ddiwallu anghenion plant a phobl ifanc rhwng 7 a 18 oed ag anableddau corfforol a dysgu. Mae Park House yn addas ar gyfer defnyddwyr cadeiriau olwyn.
Mae Park House yn dŷ newydd, wedi’i adeiladu’n bwrpasol yng nghalon cymuned Port Talbot. Mae wedi’i leoli’n agos at gyfleusterau lleol fel parciau, canolfannau siopa a thraethau. Mae tair ystafell sengl yn y tŷ, gyda phob un yn en-suite. Mae cegin, ystafell fwyta, ystafell synhwyraidd a lolfa deledu, yn ogystal â gardd fawr sy’n cynnwys man caeedig ar gyfer chwarae diogel.
