Our Unwind service offers a two-night short break in a fully equipped static caravan in Gower, South Wales.
The service is open to any parents or carers of children who have complex health needs or disabilities, up to the age of 18, who live in Swansea or Neath Port Talbot.
The breaks will be flexible and can be tailored to specific needs. For example, the break could be for the parent/carer alone or could include family members (partner, child with disability and /or siblings etc.), or whole families together.
Accessing Unwind
A referral to Unwind can be made by Health and Education professionals, Social Services Swansea, AFC disability services, and the NPT Carers service.
