Violence Prevention & Youth Justice Services

North & South Wales

We support young people who are involved in, or are at risk of offending behaviour and serious harm.

This includes helping vulnerable young people who face challenges such as substance misuse, high risk behaviours, and those who are homeless or have no where to go.

How we help

Our teams deliver a diverse range of services tailored to suit each young person's individual needs.

Through structured sessions and strong partnerships, we help young people address any issues they may be facing. This could include living arrangements or homelessness, benefits, substance misuse, relationships, and their overall wellbeing.

Our flexible, responsive approach is designed to empower young people to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

To ensure that every young person receives coordinated and thorough support that meets their needs, we work closely with Health Care providers, Children's Services, Criminal Justice Services, and a wide network of partner agencies.

A core part of our work involves helping young people reflect on their attitudes, lifestyles, and choices. By supporting them to make more informed decisions, we aim to reduce the risks of harm and offending behaviour - and instead increase safety, stability, and resilience.

With a long term focus on progression, we help young people move towards positive outcomes such as education, employment, or training. Giving them a chance to unlock new opportunities for their future.
