Whether it’s your first or fiftieth half marathon, the Great North Run is not to be missed. This year is set to be the biggest one yet, celebrating 45 years of the iconic event.
Take on the challenge
You’ll be joining 63,000 runners on the famous Newcastle South Shields route, creating memories, milestones, and moments that last a lifetime.
As part of Team Action for Children, you'll be helping to support vulnerable children across the UK, and we'll be with you every step of the way.

We ask everyone taking part to raise a minimum of £400 and we’ll support you every step of the way.
