Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

If you would like to opt out of the prize draw after entering, please email [email protected].

By scanning the QR code and completing the Microsoft Form, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The prize draw will close on 19th September 2025 at midnight.
2. 10 winners will be chosen at random and prizes will be sent out W/C 22nd September 2025.
3. Entries are limited to one per person.
4. The prize is a £30 Amazon voucher. There is no cash alternative offered.
5. Unclaimed prizes will be used for future prize draws at the discretion of Action for Children.
6. Prizes are awarded on an ‘as is’ basis and Action for Children makes no representations and gives no warranties of any nature in relation to the prizes.
7. Action for Children will not accept any liability for loss, damage, or personal injury occurring as a result of using the prize, except where it is caused by negligence of Action for Children.
8. The competition is open to over 18s only.
