Early years and family support
South Worcestershire Parenting and Family Support plays an important role supporting local families with children aged 0-19
We provide a wide range of high quality medical, therapy and support services to over 1,000 children and young people with disabilities or additional needs
Our domiciliary service offers two types of workers to support your child or young person; support workers or health support workers

Young carers
Ceredigion Young Carers service supports young carers aged 8 - 18. We raise awareness, identify and provide direct support to children and young people who look after or help to look after someone in their family who is unwell or disabled.
We offer a wonderful short breaks children's home where disabled children a young people aged 8-18 can come and stay and have fun while their families have a break
We help under-fives get ready to start school. Children need social and communication skills to do well when they start school, and early years services are crucial
Services that support disabled young people in their own homes or to access their local community and have fun can make a real difference to them

Dorset Children’s Rights Service provides a number of services to children and young people
Youth support and leaving care
Dorset Nightstop provides safe, secure emergency accommodation for young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
