Annual Supporter Survey 2024 – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you wish to enter the prize draw and asked to share your name and email address (so we can contact you if you win and take your postal details). By opting in and sharing your details you will be entered into the draw.

3. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. 
4. The closing date for the survey will be 31st July 2024 at midnight
5. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email within 5 working days after the closing date. If we do not hear from you within two weeks, we will assume you do not want to claim your prize. 
6. The prize is one of two £100 love2shop vouchers. There is no cash alternative offered.
7. Entries are limited to one per person.
8. Unclaimed prizes will be used for future prize draws at the discretion of Action for Children.
9. Prizes are awarded on an ‘as is’ basis and Action for Children makes no representations and gives no warranties of any nature in relation to the prizes. 
10. Action for Children will not accept any liability for loss, damage, or personal injury occurring as a result of using the prize, except where it is caused by negligence of Action for Children.
11. The competition is open to over 18s only.
