Intro to Customer Services Programme

Glasgow, Edinburgh, and East Ayrshire

This four-week programme focuses on training young people aged 16-24 who are interested in a career in Customer Service.

How it works

Our programme helps young people develop or improve their social and teamwork skills, communication, social media knowledge and employability skills.

Throughout the programme, young people work through the SQA SCQF Level 4 - Customer Service qualification, which helps them in any employment-based setting.
